All in a day's work: Gardening & Hail

We had a wonderful day working on our patio garden. We went to Home Depot and got the soil stuff Michael researched would be best for our climate. Then we were surprised it started hailing! Tons of hail which was very unique for us here. We came home and unloaded all the bags from the car and then started working on making a nice mixture of the soil and put it in the containers. The photo of Michael reading a garden book from Grandmother Darlene is so cute! I've titled it: The Three B's....Books, Beards and Biceps! Some of my favorite things. ;-)

There's lots more to do in the garden, but we feel great about our start!
